MONA ØSTGÅRD

To us at Skandia Cup, Trondheim is the perfect spot for Norway’s second biggest football tournament. The venue, in the middle of Norway’s long, drawn out land, provides us with many participants from north to south and from east to west.

This year, too, we will be welcoming over 9,000 footballers from 7 to 19 years of age to tip-top football grounds at the Lade Sports Arena and Lerkendal Stadium itself. Furthermore, here in Trondheim we have many exciting attractions to offer these age groups: The Science Centre (Vitensenteret), the Pirbadet water park, Rockheim, Trondheim Cinema, and lots more.

Our visitors stay at local schools and easily find their way around our suitably sized city, with its friendly and service-minded inhabitants.

We would like to thank Trondheim Council’s  Festival and Events Office (FARK), our sponsors and associates, the Patriots and our many volunteers for their amazing efforts, and we hope that visitors and local participants alike will enjoy the City of Trondheim to the full in Week 26, this year as in previous years.

Pirbadet Water Park

Have a refreshing dip at the wonderful Pirbadet water park. Fun for young and old.

The Science Centre (Vitensenteret)

The centre for revelations. Here, you can see and learn all kinds of things. Shopping there is also an exciting experience.

The Martan Market

Go down to the city centry during the cup to experience one of the biggest markets in Trondheim. 2-3000 exhibitors participate every year. The market has something for every taste!
