This is an old industrial area that has been developed into a modern and urban area, with fancy apartment complexes, ashopping mall and ever-expanding businesses. Even though helmets and safety glasses have been replaced with suits and bicycles, the crane and docks left behind is a reminder of the areas industrial past and the role Nedre Elvehavn played in the city’s development.
